I'm sure many of you can relate that some of the biggest headaches and concerns we have are not from our patients, but from our dental staff! This sucks!
However, listen in, because I have a solution! I relate to you two scenarios that I personally experienced not too long ago. You tell me which office you would be more inclined to go to.
Sometimes, we think that skill is everything, but think about this:
If a consumer/ customer buys 90% based off of emotion, then shouldn't you put someone who can trigger that emotional side in front of her?
Skill, although is a fantastic trait can be trained; character, an even more amazing trait can NOT be trained and is much more important when selling!
