In this episode Dr. Ginger Bratzel talks to us about how we can game-ify our marketing efforts to keep our schedule full and bring in more referrals. She lets us know how she ran a "Patient Appreciation Month" and used gamification in her marketing material to not only bring in unscheduled treatment into her practice immediately ( she even did this during the slow months like February and September) but with this strategy, she scaled it up, to have the existing patients bring in referrals.
