In this episode Talon lets us know exactly how he draws patients with his postcards/ mailers. It's interesting to note how he designs an offer that makes the person call the practice, then from that point on, it's all up to his front office to convert the caller into a patient. I REALLY like this because the focus on the mailer is specific, which is, get the person to call the office. We also discuss how much he currently is paying for mailers, how often he is sending them out and what did NOT work for him in the past and how he adjusted it. He also has advice for practice owners who felt like mailers/ postcards didn't work for them.
