It's episode 77 of The Dental Marketer Podcast! In this episode I speak with the master of reviews... Dr. Leonard Tau! Such a fun and great guy and so much knowledge was shared in this episode. Some key things I learned was what exactly to do with bad reviews. Some times we think we need to reply to bad reviews and sometimes we think we should just leave it alone and it will eventually die down... but will it?! Reviews these days can really break us mentally and break our business physically! Think about it, would you take your child (or dog) to a practice with horrible reviews?! I wouldn't! So what should we do when we receive a horrible review?
Another pointer I learned in this interview was, which review website, or third-part website, matters the most! Sometimes we are trying to get reviews all on our Facebook page, or maybe Yelp.. but where do the reviews have the most impact? In this episode Dr.Leonard Tau reveals where you should send all your happy patients to leave reviews and why!
