In your practice there should be 3 main objectives: 1. Acquire new patients 2. Retain existing patients and 3. Keep your schedule full.
Your front office should be focused on communicating with patients rather than manual tasks that could be automated.
Try adding a texting option for patients to communicate a cancellation. This will help alleviate unexpected no-shows!
