List out all your processes and systems in the practice. Chances are some of them are outdated or broken!
Broken appointment patients should not be on the pre-booking list.
The fears and resistance must be validated and listened to when making changes to the practice.
Accommodating repeat broken appointment patients by placing them on a short notice call list can be better for both parties!
The less on your to do list the better! Automation and better systems can help.
