Is that a one person question or a two person question? If it's one, try having team members find out on their own!
Never start a sentence with "you are 'just' a..." They are not "just" a hygienist, associate, employee, etc.
Small businesses are a great place to start with ground marketing and outreach! Try to find out where they congregate.
Your newsletter doesn't always have to be directly dental related. People love a personal human touch.
If you have to use the "compliment sandwich," then you are not giving enough positive affirmation in general. Keep critiques separate from praise!
