In this episode we discuss a fantastic way to attract new patients... patients who actually want to come in as soon as possible and see the dentist! A very important fact and guarantee we need to remember is that there is no one way that everyone looks for information. Millions and billions of people look up information in a multitude of ways and methods.
Let me give you an example, so if someone has a wisdom tooth pain or they want to see how they can better their smile. The person interested in this will type into Google "my wisdom tooth hurts, what can I do to minimize pain" or "how can I make my smile whiter?" and then loads of information will show up, then the person will continue down this information funnel until they find what they are looking for. So the person doing the search looks into this information and then towards the end of the funnel they see that your dental practice is perfect for making their teeth whiter or extracting their wisdom tooth. At this point the person looking at the information is ready to come in to your dental practice for a specific procedure.
So the question is, how can you (or your dental practice) show up in that information?
I had the privilege of interviewing Patrick Killen who is the head of the Sales and Development at DOCTOR.COM. Patrick Killen has been with the company since it started. He has many years of experience in digital marketing, and healthcare, Patrick is a good source for dentists because that's been his primary focus over the years for managing practices' online reps.
