If you're telling yourself right now that your website is "OK" and your social media presence is "OK" then not only are you, of course, missing out on new patients but your sending a bad signal out to your community by letting them know you are TOO BUSY to socialize with your community on social media. It's letting your community know you don't bother to educate and share only if they are in your office and paying your for something (even though that may be slightly true... you don't want your community to know that! That makes you sound like a money-hungry dentist!)
We also really expand on how the type of patient you want (you know the high quality loyal patients) are out there but your marketing may probably be contradicting that vibe which means you will attract another demographic or market or you won't attract anyone at all! So make sure your marketing is right and goes hand in hand with your advertising and selling (yes selling and marketing are different and we explain how in this episode.) SO really pay close attention as we help you succeed in having the patients and practice you've always wanted.
