In this episode we break down just what has worked and what has NOT worked in order to build a successful 7 figure dental practice (or whatever figure goal you have in mind).
It is crucial that you pinpoint and focus on who your avatar/ target market is. You have to know the type of customer/ patient you want to attract.... but REALLY know them. Research, study, and figure out the demographic you want and adjust your practice to that.
We know too many times that you may be tempted to discount your treatment as well in order to compete with your local competition but this episode also lets you know.... there is no need for that! (unless you are trying to become the lowest-cost type of dentist).
